- This is a pre-order store. Orders will be produced in bulk after the store closes. Standard turnaround time is about 2 weeks from the store closing date.
- All orders must be placed online, prior to the closing of the store. Add-ons will not be accepted after the closing of the store.
- Due to the pre-order forum, it is possible that an item will be out of stock at the time of production. If this is the case, a comparable item will be substituted for the out-of-stock item.
- Standard sizing applies to most items. Specific garment sizing charts can be provided upon request.
- Due to the customized nature of all goods, returns can not be accepted.
- If for any reason there is an issue with your order, we will make an attempt to contact you at the email address and/or phone number provided. Your order will not be produced until a response is received.
